Hi, my name is Richard. I visited Thailand on a last-minute holiday for the first time in December 2012. Since then I’ve been back about 10 times. Some times they were holidays, other times it was through business, and some times it was a mix of both.

Needless to say, I loved Thailand, its culture, the lifestyle, the scenery, the people and the food. Most of all I loved the feeling of inspiration and motivation I get from being in Thailand. I don’t know what it is, but there’s just something in the air that gives people some kind of entrepreneurial spirit – whether it’s selling coffee on the street, or opening up a business.

Sure, nowhere is perfect and Thailand has its fair share of problems. But this blog isn’t about looking at those. It’s giving people new ideas for things to do on their next trip, recommending places to visit, and giving some vital information about taking holidays on the islands.

The site’s also a home for some of my travel features from Thailand and photography (which is pretty amateurish as I have never been able to get the hang of SLR cameras).
